We are now in a new season of being a disciple of Jesus, carrying forward the mission He left for the Church on the Day of Pentecost. The only reason God partners with you is because He wants to, and it is such a wonderful way to live life!  Discipleship is more than engaging in a program; it is positioning your life to be more like Jesus so you can partner with God. True discipleship requires faith-filled obedience to God and thinking like Jesus, letting go of your own personal preferences and humbly depending on God. Jonathan Farrell told some real life stories of people who allowed Holy Spirit to challenge them to obey God even though they didn’t know the outcome, and we can move into faith-filled obedience and discipleship, too!
