We must now obey by understanding what effect Christians are supposed to have in their world.
We must believe what the Good News can do in the lives of those who will hear it, respond to it, and continue in it.
If we see only what satan has done to the younger generations, we cannot see the plan of God in their lives.

But God has always had a plan for each and every life. He has a plan for each and every generation. |
God is counting on His Church to be those that bring them into the knowledge of Him and all He has planned for them to walk in.
Every generation has been made to operate with “the Spirit of the Lord upon them.”
As we XPAND this year, we must see our mandate is also to see each person as He sees them, and to see them doing the impossible.
The XPANSION must begin in our minds. We have heard so many things that are troubling about the future and for the future generations.
But we always have good news in the Word of God.
Let’s get an insightful perspective from The Passion Translation.
Isaiah 61:2
I am sent to announce a new season of Yahweh’s grace and a time of God’s recompense on his enemies, to comfort all who are in sorrow.
We understand that the current younger generations have heard and experienced things we more mature people could have never imagined. There has been a stealing away of their true identities. Many have endured abuse to the point they live in anxiety daily.
They have been crushed in their soul and in their spirit.
BUT OUR GREAT GOD has a plan and a future and a hope for them!
Isaiah 61:3
To strengthen those crushed by despair who mourn in Zion—to give them a beautiful bouquet in the place of ashes, the oil of bliss instead of tears, and the mantle of joyous praise instead of the spirit of heaviness.
This verse is packed full of God’s promises.
- He will strengthen them.
- He will give them beauty for the areas they feel have been burnt to the ground.
- He will give them Holy Spirit anointing to wipe away their tears.
- He will put a mantle upon them that causes them to be aware of His precious presence so they can praise Him and break off the oppressive spirits of the enemy.
Come on now. That should cause a good shout to God! Thank You, God, for these promises for all generations. Your Word is eternal and You reach every generation.
That also means that WE, the people that are walking in the knowledge of the Spirit of the Lord being upon us, must see the antidote more than we see the problems.
We need to XPAND our reach to them. They are His precious seed. They are the ones that are to continue on.
We have to humble ourselves before God and recognize that every generation has faced a mountain of obstacles, and still our God has watched over them, and brought forth seeds of righteousness from the beginning until now. He will continue to do so until His return.

He wants to put them so deep in our heart that we look past the present status and see them in the future, where they look much better than they do right now!
God has already started revival in many colleges in the last two years. He will continue. But in every case, it took the prayers of the saints (us). And it took those that would lead them, teach them, mentor them and LOVE them.
But, look at what we know will occur:
Isaiah 61:4
Because of this, they will be known as Mighty Oaks of Righteousness, planted by Yahweh as a living display of His glory.
Every parent that is praying for your child, please re-read that until you get it deep in your spirit.
God’s plan for them is mighty!
Isaiah 61:4b
They will restore ruins from long ago and rebuild what was long devastated. They will renew ruined cities and desolations of past generations.
Can you see them rising up and rebuilding mindsets to Kingdom mindsets? Can you imagine God putting a “GO THEREFORE” in their spirit and seeing them respond properly?
God said it. It is true!
God will XPAND our ground, our fields we have planted in, and take care of the tender new shoots.
Isaiah 61:5
Foreigners will be appointed to shepherd your many flocks; strangers will cultivate your fields and tend your vines.
But there is more!
They will be Messiah’s Ministers!
Isaiah 61:6
But you will be known as Priests of Yahweh, and called Servants of our God. You will feast on the wealth of nations and revel in their riches!
We need to pray in faith, pray in the Holy Spirit and let God raise them up believing that will do double what we have been able to do through Him.
He knows what they have faced, and He has more than enough to give back to them.
Isaiah 61:7-8
7 Because you received a double dose of shame and dishonor, you will inherit a double portion of endless joy and everlasting bliss!
8 “For I, Yahweh, love fairness and justice, and I hate stealing and sin. I will rightly repay them because of My faithfulness and enter into an everlasting covenant with them.”
How long is the covenant? EVERLASTING!
Isaiah 61:9
“Their seed will be famous among the nations, and their descendants the center of attention of the people. All who see them will recognize that they are the seed that Yahweh has blessed with favor!”
Even if you have a hard time believing this is for you and your family, it is!
But I want you to also see the XPANDED picture. See the multitudes of people in every generation that will continue to bring the Good News of the gospel as the Spirit of the Lord comes and performs all that God intended from the beginning.
It is time for us to stand, arise, and believe God and recognize all that He has provided!
Isaiah 61:10-11
10 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
11 For as the earth brings forth its bud, As the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth, So the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
PRAYER
Father God,
We are reviving our faith because of what You have done, what You are doing, and that Your plan cannot be stolen from us.
We thank You for each precious person that is on the earth right now. Thank You for these precious lives in our family, those in our city, those in our country and those all over the world.
We praise You for Your ever-reaching promises until Your return.
Now, God, we ask that even today, You show us Your portion for each of us.
We want to be those that operate in faith, and obey You fully in what You would have for us to do for each one of those precious people that are in Your heart.
We are humbled that we get to be alive at this time of history, to raise up others to make history by proclaiming Your name and doing Exploits to bring others to You. What a wonderful time for us to acknowledge You and love them to the life You have for them!
We praise You. We believe You. We rejoice in You. We love You entirely, on purpose, so we can affect all the generations to do the same.
Thank You for Your unfailing love for every individual.
