Remain Confident

Preacher:
Passage: Mark 4:35-41

Most of us have experienced opposition or resistance while attempting to be obedient to God, or do what we believe He is directing us to do. That is known as “mission opposition” which is something we all can expect in our journey. Jesus experienced it, and demonstrated how to navigate it to His disciples in Mark’s account of crossing the Sea of Galilee. We have a choice to make: look at the circumstances and become fearful or overwhelmed, or remain confident in what God has said to us, through His Word, or a prophetic word, or however He has spoken to you? Through this illustration, Jonathan encourages us to remain confident in God’s love and promises toward us, whenever any opposition arises!
