Who did Jesus die for? ALL.
Yes, it included you and me. But it didn’t stop there. It was for ALL. ALL inclusive.
Jesus went ALL OUT for ALL.
1 Timothy 2:3-6a NKJV
3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,
4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,
6 who gave Himself a ransom for all
He wants us to follow Him in His desires.
God’s will is to raise a people who will have the same compassion He had when He was on the earth. Think about what He did:
- He went to where the people were.
- He ate with sinners (He never compromised their ways with them, however).
- He brought light into their darkness.
- He brought truth into the atmosphere of lies they had bought into. (The lies manifested through them then, as they do today, either as obvious sin or the sin of having no real relationship with Him.)
- He kept His relationship with the Father as His top priority.
- He brought the treasures of the power of Heaven to earth, manifested as healings, miracles, raising the dead, forgiving sins, and providing hope to the hopeless.
And that is just what Jesus wants us to do for THEM, also.
He is releasing compassion that causes you to go ALL OUT to those who will ask for and desire all of Heaven’s resources to flow through them to others.
He is longing to share His heart and let it beat through yours. This comes by knowing His will and being willing to empty everything out that isn’t pleasing to Him so that His glory may be seen on the earth.
We must become like Jesus. We must do just what Jesus did.
John 1:14a NKJV
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory.
We behold His glory as we walk through the pages of the Word and see His love poured out on everyone He comes in contact with.
It isn’t about memorizing Scripture; IT’S ABOUT BECOMING SCRIPTURE—alive and in the flesh for others to see! Our precious Lord Jesus has everything for everybody. Forgiveness of sin, healing of diseases and the fullness of the Spirit all come from one source—from the Lord Jesus Christ!
The Word says He is the same yesterday, today and forever. When He stood up in the temple to announce His mission, it is the same mission God has for all of us. In fact, it is the scripture God gave to us as our basis for Liberty Life Center.
He announces the purpose for which He came:
Luke 4:18-19 KJV
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, he bath sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord.”
He was on a mission. So, we need to ask ourselves, are we on the same mission as Him?
Are we surrendering our ways to His ways, so that ALL can come to know Him?
How will they know? They will know by the passion in our hearts.
They will know by the compassion that we demonstrate when we reach to them with true, heartfelt willingness to get out of our own way and display God’s heart to them.
I am not talking about learned evangelistic tactics (although they have been effective in the past, and I am not knocking anyone).
I am just saying this: We have to go in the power of the Spirit if we are to reach people with His heart.
I have been a part of many revivals. I have seen many moves of God. I have personally brought many people to meet Jesus as their Lord and Savior. And that is the most valuable thing I can spend my life doing (except KNOWING HIM FIRST for myself).
Also, I have been a part of God restoring the emphasis, the value, and the need for the APOSTLE operating in the Church, the Bride of Christ – IN and OUT of the four walls. Now Apostles are an active and necessary part.
I have been a part of God restoring the emphasis, the value, and the need for the PROPHET operating in the Church, the Bride of Christ – IN and OUT of the four walls. And now Prophets are an active and necessary part.
But God is now restoring the emphasis, the value, and the need for the EVANGELIST operating in the Church, the Bride of Christ – IN and OUT of the four walls.
This is not so we can read another manual and learn how we are to do it.
We are to study His countenance, so that when we are OUT and about wherever we are, with whomever we are around, we shine with such love that HIS love draws them to repentance.
Romans 2:4 NKJV
Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
When we display God’s love by being good, loving good, and doing good, people will just want what we have.
Smith Wigglesworth was an amazing man in the early 1900’s who was so full of God that people would just fall at his feet and start repenting before God. He carried the presence and the reality of who God was, and He desperately sought after God. The result was those who were desperate “caught” what God brought through him.
This is an example of the season we are returning to, but on a wider scale. Christians are going to represent Christ everywhere they are. They are going to have all the signs and wonders available to flow through them, BECAUSE they have moved beyond their wants into what Heaven is still crying for others to KNOW Jesus as Lord, Savior, deliverer, restorer, etc.
We are going to find this when we seek Him individually.
We are going to find greater strength when we seek Him like this corporately.
The earth is going to shake as believers all over the world seek Him like this—all over the earth, and for the same reason. The reason will always be bigger than what we prefer. If we are to be about our Father’s business it will have to be about God’s preference and our obedience.
We can do this. We must do this. He is counting on us. We are counting on Him, and we can!
They are waiting for the emergence of the Church to arise as one in power and love.
Please join me as I empty out before Him, everything I have for everything He has, for them.
I am tired of hearing about what others have accomplished. I have moved into a place where I want to know what You want to accomplish. Forgive me for having my own ideas, my own preference of what I want to do, and help me to be obedient to Your heavenly call. Join me in the spirit to Your Spirit and help me to work with You to bring about the blessing to ALL. I am ALL IN and I am going to go ALL OUT, with YOU. I am desperate for You … Let me find You, so we can find THEM and display your goodness.
